GinEX Gin tasting
Duration: 2.5-3h
At this Gin Exploration, GinEx for short, our Ginologist will take you on a fascinating world tour full of aromas, flavours, scents and even colours of gin. After a brief introduction to the production method and the different types of gin, he will serve you five remarkable gins with their garnishes and tonics. First, we smell and taste each gin neat before adding garnishes and tonic. You will discover more about the different distilleries, the makers and the botanicals that give each gin its unique character. Trivia, stories and anecdotes from gin history will spice the tasting, and you will learn about the simplest way to make gin yourself. Our most complete and most popular tasting format!
Gin Fun

Gin Fun is your ideal formula when planning a reception, aperitif or informal networking event, whether on location or in our own Bruges Gin Club Gin Bar. During your reception or event, we will serve several remarkable Gin & Tonics to your budget and time frame. With each gin, our Ginologist will provide a short explanation without disrupting the flow of the reception or networking event. Afterwards, he will remain available for more information about aromas, flavours and backstories.
Gintro
Duration: 20-30mins
If you want to discover the wonderful world of Gin in less than half an hour, this Gintro is the ideal formula. While you enjoy a 'Perfect Served' Gin & Tonic, our Ginologist unveils the aromatic secrets of five curious gins and their botanicals. You will then get to work yourself with your eyes, nose and taste buds, tasting the different gins with pipettes and at your own pace. Meanwhile, our ginologist will be available to answer any questions. The Gintro is the perfect format as a relaxing and refreshing entr'acte during events, meetings and gatherings or can be booked as a surprising aperitif or after-dinner chat moment from 12 participants.
Gin Sips
Duration: 2–2.5h
With the Gin Sips, the Bruges Gin Club joins the classic Gin tasting. After a short introduction about the history, the production method and the different types of gin, you will discover eight remarkable gin 'sips'. You taste the gins pure and try to situate them on the flavour rosette. You will learn more about the different distilleries, the makers and the botanicals that give each gin its unique character. Trivia, stories and anecdotes from gin history will spice the tasting. We will conclude the Gin Sips tasting with the Ginparade election and a 'Perfect Served' Gin & Tonic of your own favourite.
Ginology Gin Bar

The Brugse Gin Club adds a unique touch to your parties and events with a Ginology Gin Bar that is fully customised to your requirements. From behind the Ginology Gin Bar, our Ginologists serve your guests a choice of at least five remarkable Gin & Tonics with accompanying garnishes. Want to add more gins to the bar? That's no problem with a permanent stock of 505 different gins. According to your wishes, we can also serve the gins neat, on the rocks or in cocktails. We also provide personalised bar menus with your logo and concise information on the combinations presented. Throughout the event, our Ginologists are available for further explanations
High Gin

Several gins effortlessly play the sweeter register and pair perfectly with matching sweet amuses and desserts. Reason enough to replace the traditional High Tea with an exciting High Gin. You will taste three exceptional gins together with a sweet treat. We start with a fresh Gin Tonic with garnish, then taste a hot or a cold Gin Cocktail and finish with a pure and sweeter Gin. With each gin, our ginologist will tell the backstory about its production and the different botanicals that give each gin its unique character. He will spice the afternoon with facts, stories and anecdotes. This unique High Gin formula of the Brugse Gin Club gives a modern twist to the traditional coffee or tea moment with ample time to socialise amongst yourselves.
Urban Gin

With its distinct freshness and spicy or floral aromas, gin is a perfect aperitif drink. Combined with appropriate savoury amuses and dishes, gin puts the taste buds on edge. With the unique Urban Gin concept, we take the hip gin craze to the next level of food pairing. We combine three unique gins with small hot and cold dishes that support or contrast. You will taste two gins as a Perfect Served Gin Tonic and one Gin Cocktail. With each gin, our ginologist will tell the backstory about its production and the different botanicals that give each gin its unique character. He will spice the Urban Gin moment with facts, stories and anecdotes.
