With 505 varieties of gins listed in the Ginologist's Catalogue of Amazing Gins, the Brugse Gin Club Gin Bar & Store presents the largest gin selection in Bruges and its surroundings. The small Bar is housed in a 400-year-old estaminet tucked away in Bruges' historic centre between the Vismarkt and the Botaniek and is only open from Friday to Sunday and during school holidays.
The Bar serves gin in various ways: pure, on the rocks or in a balloon glass with the perfect organic garnish and matching tonic. You can order a tasting flight of three gins of your choice, or maybe you want to try one of our titillating cold or hot cocktails or have your tipple combined with tea and coffee.
In the homely atmosphere of a kitchen, owner-ginologist Edward Vanhoutte provides a warm welcome and personal service at the table. He will help you with your choice or serve you a personalised Soup of the day.
Those wishing to enter must knock on the door and wait for it to be opened. Reservations are not accepted, as full is full. The Bar can only accommodate about 20 guests and operates exclusively on the first come, first seated principle.
